Terms and Conditions
Please take a couple of minutes to read through them before placing an order. By placing order in JewelBoxSpree, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions without notifying you.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes or refund will be allowed.

We do not tolerate dead buyers. We do have our own blacklisted buyers list and they would not be allowed to purchase from our site in future.

Product
We take pride in the products we're putting for sale. Thus, the product's designs and colors we showcased are as accurate as we compared in real life. However, the actual color might differ because of factors like lighting, computer monitor etc.

All orders are based on a first come first serve basic. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we would informed you and do the refund back to you promptly.

Payment - Local
We accept only POSB/DBS ATM fund transfer.
All payment are to be made to DBS SAVINGS PLUS: 066-9-012285
Payment must be made before order. If you're unable to do so, do let us know.

All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your receipt. Please email us at jewelbox.spree@gmail.com with your order form and snapshot of your receipt. Orders without snapshot of the ATM receipt will be ignored.

Delivery - Local
All prices stated in our site include local normal postage. However, should customers want a peace of mind, they can also opt for registered postage. All delivery of packages are done via SingPost.

An additional S$2.25 is to be added to the total price if you would like to opt for registered postage. Registered postage is highly recommend as a tracking number is provided and packages can be track at SingPost website.

Delivery of local packages via SingPost normally takes 2-3 working days . The delivery time may take slightly longer during festive period.

We will not be responsible for any lost mail due to normal postage.

We will not be responsible for any damaged mail.

Returns and Exchange

All items sold are non-refundable. Should the item go out of stock, a full refund will be made.
